Is it financial advice?
Section titled “Is it financial advice?”No. Polysider highlights patterns in public trading data. It does not predict outcomes, and nothing it shows is a recommendation to trade.
Is Polysider part of Polymarket?
Section titled “Is Polysider part of Polymarket?”No. Polysider is independent and not affiliated with Polymarket.
Where does the data come from?
Section titled “Where does the data come from?”Only from public data: Polymarket’s public trading records and the public Polygon blockchain. Polysider needs no access to the trader’s account.
Can I use Polysider from my AI assistant?
Section titled “Can I use Polysider from my AI assistant?”Yes, on any plan. Add https://polysider.com/mcp as a connector in an AI client that supports MCP (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and others) and sign in with your Polysider account. The assistant sees what your account sees: the PRO sections stay locked without PRO, and the scans it runs count toward your allowance. You can see and revoke connected apps on your account page.
Do you need my keys? Can Polysider trade for me?
Section titled “Do you need my keys? Can Polysider trade for me?”No and no. Signing in with a wallet only asks you to sign a text message; Polysider never sees private keys and never moves funds.
Data and scans
Section titled “Data and scans”How fresh is a scan?
Section titled “How fresh is a scan?”A scan is a snapshot from the moment it was taken, not live data. The result header shows its age. Refresh adds the activity since the last scan. See Tips and quirks.
Why is a scan slow?
Section titled “Why is a scan slow?”The first scan of a wallet reads its whole history, and a busy wallet has a lot of it: over 100,000 trades it can take several minutes. You can leave the page; the scan keeps running and is saved. Later scans of the same wallet add only what is new, so they are quicker.
What does “capped” mean?
Section titled “What does “capped” mean?”A scan keeps the most recent 200,000 trades. A wallet with more shows FULL SCAN · CAPPED, and its lifetime totals can be incomplete.
Why does P/L differ from the Polymarket profile?
Section titled “Why does P/L differ from the Polymarket profile?”Usually because Include rewards is on: it adds liquidity rewards, rebates and other income to the profile figure, after fees. Untick it to see the profile figure. More reasons in Tips and quirks.
Why are there positions in markets the wallet never bought?
Section titled “Why are there positions in markets the wallet never bought?”Splits, merges and conversions create shares without a buy. It is expected. See Tips and quirks.
Who can see the wallets I scan or save?
Section titled “Who can see the wallets I scan or save?”A scan is stored, and other users can open the same snapshot of that wallet; who requested a scan is never shown. Your saved wallets, folders, notes and bot filters are not shown to other users, and nobody can see which account owns your sign-in wallet. Details: the Privacy policy.
Account and billing
Section titled “Account and billing”How do I sign in?
Section titled “How do I sign in?”With Telegram, Google, a wallet (Polygon or Solana) or a one-time email code. Any of them creates a free account. See Your account.
Can I use several sign-in methods?
Section titled “Can I use several sign-in methods?”Yes. Link them on your account page under Linked logins; they all open the same account.
How do I pay for PRO?
Section titled “How do I pay for PRO?”In crypto, from the Subscription box on your account page. See Plans and payment.
Does PRO renew automatically?
Section titled “Does PRO renew automatically?”No. Each plan is a one-time payment for a fixed period. Buying again extends it.
My payment is stuck. What now?
Section titled “My payment is stuck. What now?”Crypto confirmations can take a few minutes: reload your account page later. If PRO still did not arrive, email support@polysider.com with your order ID. See Plans and payment.
Can I get a refund?
Section titled “Can I get a refund?”Write to support@polysider.com with your order ID; every request is reviewed individually. The Terms set out the rules.
How do I delete my account?
Section titled “How do I delete my account?”From the Danger zone on your account page. Deletion happens after 30 days; signing in before then cancels it. See Your account.
Telegram Bot
Section titled “Telegram Bot”How do I get alerts?
Section titled “How do I get alerts?”Free: join Polysider Chat, where the group’s alert topics post a wallet card for everyone (CopyScore hidden). PRO: start the Polysider Bot and set your own filter to get personal alerts in a direct message, with the CopyScore.
Why didn’t I get an alert for a wallet?
Section titled “Why didn’t I get an alert for a wallet?”The bot sends one alert per wallet, not per trade: the first time Polysider sees a new wallet that matches. A wallet it already knew, or one that matched only after you changed your filter, does not alert; filter changes apply to newly discovered wallets. For personal alerts, the bot also needs the Polysider account your Telegram is linked to to have PRO.
How do I get Backtest or Trace access?
Section titled “How do I get Backtest or Trace access?”They are invite-only betas. Ask in Polysider Chat and the team will add you. Backtest also needs PRO.
