Plans and payment

The plans

• 1 month: $59.99 (30 days)
• 3 months: $159.90 (90 days)
• 6 months: $299.90 (180 days)
• 1 year: $555.00 (365 days)

Prices are in US dollars. Every plan is a one-time payment for a fixed period. Nothing renews on its own, and there is nothing to cancel.

Paying

1. Open the Subscription box on your account page and pick a plan.
2. Check the summary in Continue to payment? and press Continue to checkout.
3. You are sent to the payment provider’s secure checkout page. Pay in crypto there; network fees are yours.
4. You are brought back to your account page. It shows Checking your payment…, then Payment confirmed — PRO is active ✓ once the provider confirms the payment.

Crypto confirmations can take a few minutes. If the page still has not confirmed after a while, it says Payment received but not confirmed yet; reload the account page later to check.

Extending and expiry

• Buying again extends PRO. The account page says it: Paid time is added on top of your current period.
• Your account page shows PRO until the end date.
• Turn on Email/Telegram me before my subscription expires to get a reminder before the end. You can turn it off any time.
• When the period ends, the PRO features lock again. Your saved wallets, folders and settings stay.

When a payment goes wrong

What the account page says	What to do
Checkout cancelled — you haven’t been charged.	Start again when you are ready.
The invoice expired before payment.	Start a new checkout.
The payment failed — you haven’t been charged for PRO.	Try again.
A partial payment arrived — it doesn’t cover the plan price, so PRO wasn’t activated.	Write to support with your order ID.
Payments aren’t available right now	Try again later.

Paid but PRO did not arrive, paid twice, or sent the wrong amount or coin? Email support@polysider.com with your order ID.

Refunds and the legal terms

Refunds and every other billing rule are in the Terms of Service, sections 5 to 7. These docs only summarise them; the Terms are what apply.
